Through our open REST API you can connect ERP, accounting, e-commerce, CRM, business intelligence, and your own internal tools – for example mapping GrowerIQ inventory into SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Shopify, or a custom system. GrowerIQ also includes built-in Metrc and BioTrack connectors for regulatory traceability.
Does GrowerIQ have a public API?
Yes. GrowerIQ provides a scoped REST API for inventory lots, orders, SKUs, shipments, consumable lots, equipment, and IoT sensor data. Each integration is issued its own API key with least-privilege permissions. Your Customer Success representative provisions access and the API reference.
How do webhooks work?
Instead of polling for changes, you subscribe to the events you care about and provide an HTTPS endpoint. GrowerIQ pushes a JSON payload to that endpoint the moment an event occurs, signed with HMAC-SHA256, and automatically retries if your endpoint is temporarily unavailable.
